Harvest/Seeding Casuals

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team during our busy seeding and harvest seasons. This role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating machinery, and being part of a small, hardworking team. This is a cropping-only operation with no livestock, meaning work is generally Monday to Friday. During peak periods such as seeding and harvest, the working week typically increases to six days to ensure operations run efficiently.

Key Duties:

• Implement operational plans in a timely manner

• General farm work as required

• Scheduled maintenance and upkeep of farm vehicles and machinery

• Farm infrastructure maintenance, including fencing, shed repairs, and construction

During harvest, duties may include operating machinery such as:

• Harvesters

• Chaser bins

• Grain trucks (MC truck driving will be at competitive industry hourly rates).

We appreciate prior experience, but we are happy to train the right people with a good mindset and willingness to learn.
